I led the first design revamp at Podonos, an AI voice model evaluation platform. When I joined, the MVP was live with several clients, but there was significant room for improvement on the design side. Our team focused on refining the brand website and client dashboards to make the experience more intuitive and visually elegant. Beyond UI/UX, we also tackled the challenge of visualizing over 1,000 data points to help users quickly spot insights and detect errors—one of the product’s core features.
